Questions about pricing and payment

Is there a trial period?

No. The demo is how we get to know each other: we show you how it works, with your own projects if we can. The subscription then starts on the day we activate your environment.

Am I tied in?

No. You pay monthly and can cancel monthly. If you choose to pay yearly, you pay one year upfront with a 10% discount.

What happens when storage is full?

From 95% you get a notification in the portal. Above the limit everything stays available and you can keep working for a while; after that only new uploads stop until you buy an extra 100 GB block or switch plans.

What if we need more users?

Each extra user costs €4.99 per month: Starter up to 4, Pro up to 9, Team up to 25. If you need more than that, you move to the next plan or we agree a price.

How do I buy a plan?

You request the plan, we approve the request and activate your environment. You receive the invoice afterwards.
