How Flowskraft works

From project photo to a post you can share.

With Skraft you take photos on site. In the portal you find them again by project. Turn them into a post with FLOW, or share your project via a link or QR code.

From arrival to work on record.

  1. Open the app. Choose your project.

    Your projects are neatly together in one place. Search for the right project, or open the map to see which jobs are nearby.

  2. Navigate to the project.

    Tap a project on the map and start the route. You arrive on site with the right project already open.

  3. Capture what matters.

    Take the photo; it goes straight to the project, the right phase and the chosen hold point in the timeline.

  4. Approve login requests from the app.

    With a login request, you see which browser and location someone is logging in from. You approve or reject the request.

  1. Project archive

    All photos and project moments in one place.

    Photos and videos are kept together per project. Even after handover, the whole project stays searchable. In Pro and Team you see every project moment in one timeline.

  2. Planning

    Set out what needs to happen when.

    Plan photo moments, posts and milestones in the agenda or monthly calendar. Under Actions you see which projects need attention. Planning comes with Pro and Team.

  3. Content

    From project image to a usable post.

    FLOW writes a first draft using your own photos. You choose the tone, check the post and decide what gets published.

  4. Projects and locations

    Everything on a map and in a list.

    Search by name, number or place; filter by location or type. Company locations appear as their own layer on the map.

  5. Users

    You decide who sees what.

    Invite colleagues and give them a role. One overview shows who’s active and how much AI allowance has been used that day.

  1. Start with a name and purpose.

    Give the overview a recognisable name and choose what you’ll use it for: site board, trade fair, quote or website.

  2. Choose what you share.

    All shareable projects or your own selection, as a map, tiles or a list.

  3. Choose the images for each project.

    Open a project from the map and tick which photos visitors may see.

  4. Add your own style.

    Your company’s colour and logo, light or dark, in Pro and Team.

  5. Decide what visitors may see.

    Choose the level of detail and, if you like, set when the overview expires.

  6. One overview. Open it anywhere.

    Share the same published overview via link, QR code, WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn. Print the QR code on the site board; it keeps working when you edit later.
